Material: 20% of our frames were damaged. They all had the same kind of damage. The supplier tried to blame this on logistics, however they were carefully packed and the packaging we could not fault. The damage has happend in house. After allerting the supplier, they refused to accept the fault as theres. I ended up having to go through mediation with Alibaba to gain a refund. This isnt the first time this has happened with this supplier. where as the first time he recitfied the problem, this time he basically refused and more or less called us liars.
